Risk & strategy infrastructureThe risk & strategy infrastructure for digital assets

We build the bridge between traditional finance and digital assets.

Traditional finance has decades of risk infrastructure — mandates, limits, audit trails. Digital assets never got the equivalent. Tradoo is the software that closes that gap, built for asset managers, banks, family offices and treasury teams.

You set your own risk limits, keep full control of your funds at all times, and get clear reporting on every decision — the same discipline you already run the rest of your portfolio with, now available for BTC, ETH and USDC.

Under three minutes on what we are building and who it is for.

The business case

The gap is not the assets. It is the infrastructure around them.

BTC, ETH and USDC are no longer the hard part — most institutions have already decided they need exposure. What is missing is the layer that turns an approved policy into daily practice, and then proves it happened.

The controls exist — just not for this asset class

Mandates, exposure limits, four-eyes approval, an audit trail on every decision. Every one of those has a counterpart in traditional portfolio systems. Almost none of them shipped with digital asset tooling.

So the work falls back on people

Teams end up reconciling positions by hand, approving allocations over chat, and reconstructing after the fact why a position changed. That does not scale, and it does not survive an audit.

The Tradoo dashboard — one structured view of every mandate you run.

How it works

You set the boundaries once — the system works inside them every day.

1
Set the policy

Pick a ready-made risk level, or set your own ceilings on exposure and drawdown.

2
Allocate into your own vault

Funds sit in a vault only you control. Tradoo never takes custody and cannot move them outside the rules you approved.

3
The system reads conditions

Market, price and volatility data are checked continuously against that policy — no forecasting, no discretionary calls.

4
Every change is logged

Adjustments stay inside the policy, each one recorded and explained in plain language for reporting.

What you get

Three guarantees, not a feature list.

A trading floor overlooking a city skyline
You keep custody

Funds sit in a vault only your institution controls. Tradoo is software — it cannot accept, hold or move client assets at any time.

Nothing happens outside your limits

Exposure and drawdown ceilings are set in advance. Adjustments can only occur inside them, so there is no discretionary override to police.

Reporting your auditors accept

Every adjustment is logged with the reason behind it and verifiable on-chain — an audit trail, not a monthly PDF.

FAQ

What institutions ask before the first call.

No. Tradoo is software. Funds sit in a smart-contract vault your institution controls, and the platform can only act inside the rules you approved. It cannot accept, hold, transfer or withdraw client assets at any time.

Not yet on either count. Tradoo is headquartered in Zug, Switzerland, with a Swiss and EU regulatory path in progress alongside specialised legal advisors. Until the required licences are in place we provide demo access with simulated balances only, and we do not offer regulated investment or asset management services.

A deliberately narrow, liquid universe: BTC, ETH and USDC. The constraint is the point — it keeps exposure, liquidity and reporting tractable rather than spreading across assets no mandate would approve.

No. It sits alongside them as the risk and strategy layer for digital assets specifically, and reports in a form your existing processes can consume.

Individual investors are firmly part of the plan — we are starting with institutions because that is where risk controls and reporting have to prove themselves first, and the same platform is what a direct offering will run on.

So if you are looking for a trading platform as an individual, do get in touch. Tell us what you are after and we will make sure you hear from us the moment there is something for you.
